Peter founded ML Co Realty to bring a more personal, full-service approach to high-end real estate in the Phoenix area. As Designated Broker, he is the named principal on every transaction and is directly involved with each client we represent.
His focus is on relationships built over time, on the kind of careful, quiet service that the best clients have come to expect from boutique brokerages elsewhere — and on building a small, deliberate team of agents who share that standard.
Tony came to real estate after a professional baseball career that included time with the Cincinnati Reds and Boston Red Sox. He grew up around development and construction — his father was a spec builder and property developer — and now leads The Renda Group, a Phoenix-area investment and development firm.
He understands first-hand what it takes for an athlete to relocate well: finding the right neighborhood, the right home, and the right people on the ground. That perspective is the foundation of how we serve athlete clients at ML Co.
